Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jat9 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the jat9 website located at jat9.com and all associated services, features, and content ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all registered accounts, guest sessions, and any interaction with the Platform regardless of the device used to access it.

jat9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the jat9 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may apply to particular offers on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific bonus or promotional document, the specific document will prevail in respect of that promotion only.

If you are accessing jat9 on behalf of a third party or using funds that do not belong to you, you are not permitted to use the Platform. All accounts must be registered and operated by the natural person who is the beneficial owner of the funds deposited.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use jat9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jat9 operates a strict 18+ policy and does not knowingly permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register accounts on jat9.
• You must register only one account per individual. Maintaining multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in all such accounts being closed and any associated funds being withheld pending investigation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of an employee of jat9 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must ensure that your participation in online gaming activities is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is permitted under the laws applicable to you.

jat9 employs a robust age verification process at the point of registration. In addition, age and identity verification is repeated when a player submits their first withdrawal request. Players who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age will have their account suspended until verification is completed. Any winnings accrued on an account later found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be forfeited, and the deposited funds returned to the payment source where technically possible.

We will take prompt action to investigate and close any underage account identified.

Account Registration

To access the full range of jat9 services — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.

You agree that all information provided during registration, and any subsequent updates to your account profile, will be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jat9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided at any time.

Your jat9 account credentials — specifically your username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify jat9 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. jat9 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account pending a security review.

jat9 may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an account or close an existing account if it determines that doing so is necessary to comply with its internal policies, anti-money laundering obligations, or responsible gaming commitments. No reason is required to be provided in such cases, though jat9 will endeavour to communicate its decision where permitted.

• Account currency: All jat9 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied at the point of deposit or withdrawal.
• Account verification: jat9 may request copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate) and proof of address to complete identity verification (KYC).
• Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jat9 will attempt to notify the account holder before any administrative fee is applied to a dormant balance.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jat9 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion fees are charged by jat9, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your jat9 account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes of the transaction being completed on your payment app, you should contact jat9 support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification in accordance with jat9's Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. To be eligible for withdrawal, a player must have completed account verification, and the withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect the integrity of the Platform.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account tier and verification status. Verified accounts in good standing may withdraw up to ৳500,000 per day.
• bKash / Nagad withdrawal time: Typically processed within 15 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawal time: Typically 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal to a method not previously used for deposit: Requires additional verification and may take up to 48 hours to process.

jat9 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where fraud is suspected, where KYC documentation is incomplete, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been satisfied. In such cases, the player will be notified via their registered email or live chat. jat9 does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals, but exceptional circumstances — such as reversal of a fraudulent deposit — may result in administrative charges being applied.

Bonuses & Promotions

jat9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated in the relevant promotion page or offer notification. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms will prevail in respect of that promotion.

Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period for each bonus are clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Players are strongly advised to review these before opting in to any promotion.

• Welcome bonus: Available to new players making their first deposit. One welcome bonus per person, household, device, and IP address.
• Wagering requirements: Expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount). Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire within the time period specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus abuse: Any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse. jat9 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where abuse is detected.
• Withdrawal while a bonus is active: Requesting a withdrawal while an active bonus is attached to your account will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited. The real-money balance remains withdrawable.

jat9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion before its modification will continue to benefit from the original terms unless the modification is required by law or to prevent fraud.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on jat9 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are available within each betting market and game lobby on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a bet.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by jat9, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Acceptance of a bet is indicated by the appearance of a confirmed bet reference number in your bet history. jat9 reserves the right to void, cancel, or adjust bets in the following circumstances:

• Where a manifest error in odds, pricing, or market parameters has occurred — including obvious palpable errors ("palps") where the odds offered were clearly incorrect relative to the true market.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and the applicable sport rules provide for settlement as a void bet.
• Where evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or irregular betting patterns is identified in relation to the relevant event.
• Where the bet was placed after the relevant event or market had already concluded — including where a delay in data feeds caused a market to remain open past its intended closing time.
• Where the system has accepted a bet in error due to a technical fault, and it would be manifestly unfair to settle the bet as placed.

For cricket markets specifically — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method will be applied to determine outcomes of rain-affected matches where applicable. jat9's cricket trading team publishes specific rules for each major tournament series at the commencement of that series.

Maximum payout limits apply on a per-event and per-market basis. These limits are displayed within the relevant bet slip at the time of placing the bet. In no event will jat9 be liable to pay out an amount in excess of the stated maximum payout for the applicable market, regardless of the potential return calculated by the odds at the time the bet was placed.

Prohibited Conduct

jat9 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct on the Platform. The following actions are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address is prohibited. This includes using a third party's account on your behalf or allowing another person to use your account.
• Identity fraud: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification, including using another person's identity documents, is a criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format on the Platform is prohibited.
• Automated software: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, complete bonus wagering, or otherwise interact with the Platform is strictly forbidden.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing inconsistencies between jat9 and other platforms to guarantee risk-free profit ("arbing") is prohibited. jat9 reserves the right to void bets identified as part of an arbitrage strategy and to close accounts engaged in such activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an illegitimate chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in relation to a genuine transaction on jat9 is considered fraud. jat9 will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and may take legal action to recover funds.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting a technical malfunction, system error, or software bug to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a known error will be voided.

jat9 employs a dedicated risk and fraud team that monitors Platform activity continuously. Detection of prohibited conduct may result in all accounts associated with the player being reviewed simultaneously. Funds held in suspended accounts will be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation concludes that a breach of these Terms has occurred.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may close a jat9 account at any time. Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact the support team via live chat or email. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, jat9 will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

jat9 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under the jat9 Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the account to be suspended or funds to be frozen.
• A determination by jat9's risk team that continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the Company.

Where an account is closed by jat9 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. jat9 will conduct its investigation within 30 days and notify the player of its findings. Where no breach is ultimately confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Where a breach is confirmed, jat9 reserves the right to retain the balance to offset any losses, costs, or liabilities arising from the breach.

Self-exclusion requests made under the Responsible Gaming Policy are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. jat9 will not reinstate a self-excluded account before the exclusion period expires, regardless of the reason given. Upon expiry of a self-exclusion, the account will remain closed until the player actively contacts support to request reinstatement, at which point a cooling-off period and welfare check will be conducted before access is restored.
